Hi everyone! My Name is Terry and I’m here to help assist you while you study for the CCIFP exam. (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional).
Over the last 30 years I’ve held a variety of different jobs. Early on, I was a bookkeeper in a construction company, then I was an electrician for 6 years. Later, I owned my own construction company for 15 years. As a construction company owner, I wore many hats, to include accounting and finance. Since then, I earned my Bachelor’s degree and MBA in accounting. I’m currently working as a Controller in the Construction Industry. I’ve discovered my passion for the construction industry which has led me to studying to earn my CCIFP certification. I’ve put this study group together in hopes of working with other CCIFP candidates, to help obtain our certification together.
When I began searching for courses, I found ICCIFP which was full of useful information. This site directed me to the CFMA website, which I am now a member of. There is no requirement to be a member of CFMA, to take the exam. However, as a member, you’ll get to take advantage of the discounted study material.
Oh! by the way, the exam has 200 multiple choice questions and is 4 1/2 hours long! YIKES!!! So, we’ll need to study. Remember: it’s 90% preparation 10% execution.

CCIFP Study Group 
Hello friends, just a quick point of clarification. You are not required to be a member of CFMA in order to become a CCIFP. The ICCIFP is a separate organization and there are no membership restrictions to becoming certified.
